Shipping & Delivery

All our freight is sent on a tracked courier.

Urban delivery within New Zealand we allow 5-7 working days.

Free freight in Invercargill and Gore on all orders over $250.00.  A $7.00 freight charge will apply for any purchases under $250.00
 
Free freight within New Zealand on all orders over $250.00 A $10.00 NZ wide freight charge for any purchases under $250.00

International freight: We are able to offer international shipping, please enquire for pricing

Returns & Refunds**

We offer a range of high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your Southern Workwear purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange of refund it if it is returned in original condition along with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Please download, print and complete our returns form and include it with the returned goods.
Please choose sale items carefully as they are non refundable and non exchangeable. With the exception of faulty goods freight charges will not be refunded.

**Embroidered or printed garments can’t be returned or refunded

Our Guarantee

We deliver products of the highest quality which should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason there is something wrong or faulty with your product within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved.

Colours

We have made every effort to display all products as accurately as possible. However as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

All prices are subject to change. We will advise you of any price changes. All prices include GST unless stated. All prices are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars)
